We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Consultant to join our Cellular Therapy team within our regenerative health division. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about healthcare, science, and technology, and who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Working closely with scientific and technical teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, coordinating logistics and operations, and ensuring every client’s journey is seamless, compliant, and professional.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Science, or related field)

2+ years’ experience in medical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or healthcare industry

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills

High attention to detail and multitasking ability

Advantageous:

Experience working with clinics or medical professionals

Industry network in Gauteng

Start-up or high-growth company experience

Interest in regenerative medicine or science environments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client & Clinic Support

Communicate with doctors, clinics, and clients

Coordinate onboarding of new clinics

Assist with queries and product information

Administration & Operations

Support scientific and technical teams

Process orders, invoices & delivery tracking

Coordinate packaging and shipments

Maintain accurate records

Logistics & Compliance

Assist with import/export permits

Coordinate deliveries

Support compliance administration

Reporting

Prepare customer activity and feedback reports

Provide general operational support
